When she went back inside, more NYPD officers arrived at the scene, and Mr. Ross got out of his car. After he got out of the car, two other police officers grabbed Mr. Ross and pushed him to the ground. Mr. Ross was handcuffed, arrested, and charged with resisting arrest.
