As soon as Plaintiff realised that the person was a police officer, he opened the door. PO Angel Martinez and other Defendant Officers entered, threw Plaintiff against the wall, arrested, and handcuffed him. Defendant Officers refused to tell Plaintiff what he was arrested for. At the precinct, Plaintiff repeatedly asked for medical attention and insulin, due to his diabetes, but was denied both medication as well as hospital treatment. Some of the Defendant Officers observed the violation of Plaintiff's rights but did not intervene. Defendant Officers provided the District Attorney's Office with false information that Plaintiff committed the crime of Obstructing Governmental Administration, inside his own home. Plaintiff was charged with the aforementioned crime, but all charges against Plaintiff were subsequently dismissed and sealed.","documents":[{"url":"https://archive.org/details/154118-2020-ernesto-mc-kenzie-v-the-city-of-new-york-et-al-summons-complaint-1","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/H66T-angel-martinez.jpg","id":"H66T","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/H66T"}
