More specifically, the police officers perpetrated multiple assault and batteries upon plaintiff, including, throwing him into a fence and onto the ground, punching\nand kicking him, twisting his knees, placing their knees on his back, slamming his arm,  tasing him multiple times, and excessively tightening the handcuffs upon the plaintiff.\n\nSubsequently, plaintiff was transferred to the precinct, where he was subjected to a search of the intimate parts. Plaintiff was then charged with a crime he did not commit. Plaintiff was unlawfully detained for approximately three months before being released.
