Asked to exit the vehicle, plaintiff complied, raising his hands above his head and informing them that he was \"a member of service\" and that his NYPD ID was in his pocket.  Plaintiff was punched in the face, picked up and bodyslammed to the ground by Detectives Molina and Caban.  Mr. Hall was faced with one detective on top of him punching him in the ribs and the other grinding his face into the ground, with the detectives crying out \"Stop fighting us\" despite plaintiff not resisting any manner.   Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs which were too tight.  When he complained and asked them to be loosened, they refused.  Detective Doe did nothing while observing this. Searching plaintiff's pockets, defendants found his NYPD ID, which prompted them to say \"Oh, shit!\"\nTaken first to PSA 7 and then to the 45th Precinct,  he was told to change his shirt (which was bloodied) if he wanted the process to go faster.  The old shirt was taken and disposed of.  Despite passing both a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer,  the officers manufactured evidence that he had been intoxicated, and attempted to force his girlfriend to falsely state that plaintiff had assaulted her and was driving without her permission. They attempted to  charge him with obstructing firefighting, DWI, reckless driving and unauthorized use of another's vehicle., but the DA's office refused to bring charges.  In order to cover up what happened, they  fabricated charges for departmental disciplinary proceedings against  him for DWI and domestic violence","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=ZhdoPkbbyXVTLiFWN7x/tQ==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"id":"H9UM","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/H9UM"}
