Plaintiff inquired why and was met with a torrent of foul language and the false charge that plaintiff had assaulted him.  Defendant Malik called in NYPD Officers John Doe 1-10, who arrested plaintiff and falsified evidence to justify the arrest.   The officers aware that this arrest was being commenced without probable cause failed to intervene.   They continued to provide falisfied evidence to induce the DA to bring charges and withheld exculpatory evidence.  As a direct result, plaintiff was falsely incarcerated for approximately 24 hours and charged.   He also suffered severe emotional distress.
