That the said officers proceeded to forcefully push Plaintiff into a shelf, Defendant OFFICER JANE DOE pulled Plaintiff’s head back by pulling Plaintiff’s hair, three officers threw Plaintiff to the ground, beat and punched Plaintiff, applied pressure to Plaintiff’s head, neck and back, restrained Plaintiff with handcuffs and searched his person, and placed him under arrest. While Plaintiff was detained at the 40th Precinct, he had a panic type attack and requested medical attention, which request was denied.  Plaintiff was eventually released from custody and was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket.
