Police then raided plaintiff's apartment and sized computers and phones. Officers used excessive force and dislocated plaintiff's left shoulder. Officer Buehler then charged with plaintiff with aggravated harassment in which Moglia said the email placed him in fear of serious injury. The DA used this to make the search warrant. \nPlaintiff was arrested after the search and spent 12 hours in jail before being released.
