Plaintiff called 911 and was chased out of her apartment by her boyfriend, who tackled her and began beating her. Defendants arrived at the scene and removed plaintiff's boyfriend from on top of plaintiff. Despite plaintiff's explanation that she had been defending herself from her boyfriend's attacks, defendants arrested plaintiff. Defendants also refused to to collect as evidence the scissors used to stab plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to the hospital and then to the 109th precinct. While being held in Queens Central Booking, plaintiff informed defendant Warnett that she needed medical attention. Defendant Warnett ignored her pleas for hours. Defendants fabricated evidence to justify plaintiff's arrest. As a result of defendants' inaction, plaintiff's boyfriend was never prosecuted for stabbing plaintiff.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.350980/gov.uscourts.nyed.350980.27.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4520201/mcintosh-v-the-city-of-new-york/"},{"name":"Saperstein v.
