Plaintiff was driving in her car when the aforementioned officers approached her and accused her of being involved in a motor vehicle accident while intoxicated. Certain of the officers - not specified in the complaint - tightly handcuffed Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to an unidentified NYPD Precinct, where Defendants fingerprinted, photographed, and searched her, and administered a breathalyzer test that came back within the legal limits. Officer Porr recorded the results of the breathalyzer test. The Defendants falsely informed prosecutors that Plaintiff was exhibiting other indicia of intoxication, and a criminal prosecution was brought against Plaintiff as a result.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=CryEGdzFuz_PLUS_SoU7Jcojojw==&system=prod","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"id":"HGKM","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/HGKM"}
