The officers, without even accusing Plaintiff of any offense, and without searching or frisking him, placed Plaintiff in handcuffs, forced him into their vehicle, and then drove him to the precinct. There, Plaintiff was logged, and was then unlawfully and illegally strip-searched by the officers. Nothing unlawful or illegal was found. Plaintiff was then placed in a cell, where he remained until the next morning, when he was transported to Central Booking. PO Tyrane Isaac told the DA that Plaintiff had been in criminal possession of a knife, which was completely false.
