The false representations included, but were not limited to, that the plaintiff possessed marijuana, false representations as to the amount of marijuana, and the plaintiff ‘s presence at 225 Park Hill Avenue, Apt 6D, Staten Island, NY. The officers demanded identification and vehicle registration, which Plaintiffs complied with.  Nevertheless, the officers ordered both Plaintiffs out of the vehicle.  Both Plaintiffs were handcuffed and strip-searched in public.  They were then transported to the 120th precinct and were subject to a second humiliating strip search.  Charges were filed against Plaintiffs based on false allegations from Officer Pantaleo.
