Those plaintiffs that are prosecuted are dismissed from the charges. After the release, plaintiffs asked the police to release their seized properties to them. But the police officers refused to release plaintiff’s properties, including but not limited to the cell phones, cell phone accessories, Bombay Gin, clothes, credit card, and wallets.
