Plaintiff called the manager and instigated an employee to be sent, then before he left four police officers arrived. Ignoring Plaintiff's pleas and the evidence of a not he left for the manager, the officers handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. Two officers, Clinton and Doe 1, put him in the vehicle. At the precinct, Officer Allison Sprague and the arresting officers ignored Plaintiff's requests to retrieve his note as evidence. They detained Plaintiff instead. Later, a call from the store manager confirmed Plaintiff's innocence, as well as security footage retrieved. Despite this, the officers continued to detain Plaintiff for some time. One officer, Officer Doe 7, called Plaintiff's work and described him as \"Not a good guy\". Officer Clinton confirmed to Plaintiff that \"they [the officers] know who you are\".
