He went to the lobby and requested an ambulance. Officer Joseph Hunt and another unidentified officer arrived at the scene while plaintiff was in seizure. Plaintiff's brother advised the officers that he was epileptic. The officers insisted that plaintiff was on drugs. Plaintiff's brother went back to his apartment to obtain his brother's medication and returned to find plaintiff on the ground bleeding from the head. The officers were stepping on him. Plaintiff suffered extensive bruising on his body. When observing the officers stepping on plaintiff, his brother advised them to stop because plaintiff had just undergone bowel surgery days prior and was healing. Officers ignored this and continued to assault him. Officers were also verbally abusive and intimidating to plaintiff. He was roughly cuffed and taken to the hospital despite not resisting the officers in any way. He was not intoxicated or incapacitated in any way.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.531642/gov.uscourts.nysd.531642.27.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/16822755/gomez-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21014835-daf-hunt967115","type":"brady-giglio"}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"106546","overtime":"53263","other":"25610","total":"185420"},"id":"HMST","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/HMST"}
