Eventually, an officer removed the Plaintiffs' handcuffs and provided Murchison-Allman with Allman's clothing. She asked for her own clothes and to use the bathroom, but her requests were denied. The Plaintiffs were re-handcuffed and brought to a van with other people and eventually brought to the 41st Precinct and they were held in custody for over 30 hours. \n\nThe search was executed pursuant to a search warrant based on a drug investigation falsified by officers Adames, DiSimone, Ramos, and McMann with information that did not match the Plaintiffs' descriptions. The officers only recovered a box of old ammunition that belonged to one of the Plaintiff’s ex-boyfriends and a small amount of marijuana.
