Thereafter, plaintiff plaintiff’s face, body and chest were slammed by them onto the ground.  Defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe pressed their knee into plaintiff’s back.  Defendants then seized and searched plaintiff and his personal property.  They took plaintiff's license and thereafter threw it onto the street.  They arrested plaintiff by grabbing plaintiff about his body and extremities before violently contorting his arms behind his back and affixing metal handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion.  Defendants then interrogated plaintiff, before they transported him to a precinct.  Plaintiff's request for medical attention sustained as a result of his arrest were denied.  At the precinct, plaintiff was moved into a bathroom, where defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe violently threw him onto the floor.  Defendants then punched, kicked and chocked plaintiff.  They also painfully and sadistically twisted Plaintiff’s arms backwards and pressed their knee onto Plaintiff’s arm.  Defendants then subjected plaintiff to a humiliating strip search, and cavity inspection.  Plaintiff was thereafter criminally processed and further subjected to an invasive search, including but not limited to a fingerprinting, another strip search with an attendant cavity inspection, retina scans and photographing by, or at the direction of said NYPD officers. and questioned as to his pedigree.  Plaintiff was later moved to Central Booking, where he was detained until March 15, 2020.  Defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe then fabricated observations to initiate a criminal investigation of the plaintiff.  Defendants Ryan, Phipps and Doe then provided said false information to the DA's office.
