Approximately twenty minutes after the arrest, Defendants P.O. Veras, P.O. Vega, P.O. Guillen, Sgt. Genao, and P.O. John Does 1-10 arrived at the scene and Defendant Colon informed them that the Plaintiff was in possession of Defendant Colon's stolen motorcycle. One of the Defendant's asked Plaintiff for his identification and removed his handcuffs. The Defendants checked the license and registration and inspected the motorcycle, and they determined that the registration was appropriate and they did not identify the motorcycle as stolen. Plaintiff repeatedly asked the Defendants if he was free to leave and they repeatedly told him that he could not leave the scene. Defendants did not immediately release the Plaintiff from custody, and he was in custody for for approximately one hour in total. After approximately one hour, one of the Defendants informed Plaintiff that it was all a misunderstanding and he was free to leave.
