As a result of each of these raids, plaintiff Abram’s son, Mike Josie, was arrested at the premises, transported to NYPD police precinct(s), and falsely charged with numerous crimes (all of which were eventually dismissed and sealed). In total, 22 identified and 20 unidentified defendant police officers participated in these raids.\n\nInstances of surveillance, harassment, bullying, and intimidation took place both inside and outside of the residence; these instances included acts such as repeatedly banging on the plaintiffs’ windows and entrance door, maintaining a heavy police presence in and around the plaintiffs’ home, and forced entry and search of the premises without warrant. Defendants illegally searched Plaintiff and brought him to the 88th Precinct. Defendants interrogated plaintiff for a long time and then brought him to Central Booking. Defendants provided false representations to the Kings County District Attorney's Office to secure charges against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was arraigned on June 27, 2019 and eventually released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff appeared before the criminal court on multiple occasions to defend against the charges levied against him. On or about October 31, 2019, the false charges were dismissed because of a lack of evidence. On August 1, 2019, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, grabbed, pushed, and handcuffed tightly, and brought to a precinct where he was interrogated. Prosecutors declined to prosecute plaintiff. On December 30, 2020, Plaintiff was again arrested without probable cause, pointed their guns at him, yelled, grabbed, pushed, shoved, and tightly handcuffed him to the point of numbness. Defendants brought Plaintiff to a precinct and interrogated him again. Defendants brought false charges against Plaintiff which were later dismissed on or about April 20, 2021 for a lack of evidence. The Plaintiff was ordered to get on the floor and McClaney pushed him chest and face first onto the floor and handcuffed his hands behind his back. McClaney then put his knee on him and searched him. The officers also searched the apartment. The Defendants stated they were looking for a man named Devonte Green, and it was obvious that he was not in the apartment. No contraband was found on the Plaintiff's person or in the living room, but some was recovered from other parts of the apartment. However, there was no factual basis to conclude the Defendant was in possession or constructive possession of the concealed items. \nPlaintiff was then taken to the 88th Precinct, questioned by Detective Pangotta, and subjected to a strip search where John Doe #1 utilized excessive force. He was then taken to Brooklyn Central Booking and arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and released on his own recognizance. McClaney presented false evidence to the DA's office and prosecutor, which was used to prosecute the Plaintiff. Sanders had to appear before the court numerous times and the charges were dismissed on December 18, 2017. The Defendant Officers \"ordered\" the Plaintiff to write a statement detailing the suspected murderer's confession. After four hours in custody, the Plaintiff was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and released. The charges against the Plaintiff were dismissed and sealed.
