Officers violently arrested them outside the friend's apartment in the hallway and elevator.The officers acted violently, throwing one person against a wall and hitting a friend’s mother. Plaintiff  was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing and was jailed for 2-3 hours. On May 24, 2011, he accepted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD), and six months later, the case was dismissed.\n\nOn April 11, 2011, Plaintiff was arrested y an officer after a separate incident involving a fight happened nearby him.  Plaintiff was not involved in the nearby fight.He was not charged. He was arrested for a few hours. On May 17, 2011, the District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute him.\n\nIn Spring 2012, Plaintiff was standing with two girls when police ordered them to move. After leaving, Plaintiff was stopped by police on the streets, accused of refusing to move, and arrested for loitering.
