Defendants continued to pursue criminal charges against Plaintiff, seeking to have him plead guilty to a lesser charge. Plaintiff was compelled to appear on two hearing dates. Officers failed to appear on each hearing date. Plaintiff made nine appearances in Criminal Court. On April 8, 2013 the DMV closed the case due to the failure of Defendants to appear or supply support for the charges.
