Plaintiff ran over, barefoot, and informed the officers that she is Sidney's mother. She told Sidney to stay calm, the police officers took him down to the ground, and plaintiff knelt down next to him, urging him to stay calm. At some point, police Cpt. Christopher Zaffiro arrived on the scene. Zaffiro grabbed plaintiff from behind and forced her arms behind her head. Zaffiro forced her against a metal grate, and one of the police officers handcuffed her extremely tightly, causing her severe pain. Plaintiff repeatedly asked them to loosen the handcuffs, but the officers refused. Plaintiff was taken in her bare feet and pajamas to a freezing cold cell at the 41st precinct, where her handcuffs were removed and an officer taped a pair of disposable shoes to her feet. Plaintiff was charged with disorderly conduct. The charges were adjourned pending dismissal.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.436237/gov.uscourts.nysd.436237.55.0.pdf","type":"complaint"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4920373-Long-v-New-York-City-et-al"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/5579492/long-v-new-york-city/"}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"22717","other":"29860","total":"161087"},"id":"J45K","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/J45K"}
