The Officers then falsely stated that Plaintiff and his friend had arrest warrants and/or I-Cards out for their arrest based on a complaint made at a grocery store, where Plaintiff had gotten into a verbal argument approximately 15 minutes before the stop. Ignoring the exculpatory information proffered by Plaintiff, the Officers arrested Plaintiff and applied too tight handcuffs on Plaintiff in front of Plaintiff's daughter. Plaintiff was then detained for a total of 36 hours before he was arraigned on false charges based upon the Officers' fabrication of false evidence.
