Defendant Miller is personal friends with the ex-boyfriend of Plaintiff. Defendant Miller illegally colluded with other Defendant Officers from the 68th Precinct to unlawful arrest Plaintiff, as a favor to his friend. Plaintiff was forced to hire a private criminal defense lawyer for $10,000.00.
