The officers beat plaintiff unconscious. Plaintiff awoke with a sheat around his head. The officers grabbed him by the legs and dragged him down the stairs, allowing his head to hit each stair. Plaintiff was placed in an ambulance with the sheet still over his head. Plaintiff was bleeding profusely and the sheet restricted his breathing.
