When he opened the door, he saw the NYPD defendants, specifically Officer Budney and Detectives McCarthy, Halinski, Erlich, McGuinness, Difrancessa, Hefner, and Gezurian.  The NYPD defendants entered the residence and subjected the plaintiff to several forms of physical force, including pushing him against the wall, punching his back, kicking him when he fell to the floor, and punching his face, causing a bleeding lip.  As a result, the plaintiff suffered physical injury.  The NYPD defendants took the plaintiff to a precinct where he remained in custody before his transfer to a booking facility.  The plaintiff was unable to go to a hospital to treat his injuries until the following day. Eventually officers used a blade to cut open to door and cut Plaintiff multiple times. Once they entered, they used excessive force and tasers to arrest him, take him into custody, and bring him to the hospital.
