Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s vehicle without permission. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff about his body and extremities before contorting his arms and wrists behind his back and applied metal handcuffs in a tight fashion, causing pain. Plaintiff requested the handcuffs be loosened, but defendants ignored plaintiff’s pleas and searched his person. Defendants placed Plaintiff in a police vehicle and transported him to the 105th Precinct where he was processed with cavity inspection, interrogated without counsel and being Mirandized, then later transported to Central Booking. Plaintiff was transferred to Riker’s Island for seven days. Defendant signed a criminal complaint to the DA, and affirmed fabricated allegations against Plaintiff. On September 18, 2023, plaintiff was released from custody.
