POs then falsely claimed Plaintiff had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, placed him under arrest, and transported him to the 71st Precinct. Upon arrival, Plaintiff was told he was being charged for murder. Plaintiff denied this accusation repeatedly while he was interrogated at the precinct. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking. After spending several hours there, Plaintiff was released out of a back door of Central Booking. Plaintiff never saw a judge, was charged with a crime, or provided with a reason as to why he was not charged.
