Defendant officers roughly pushed Plaintiff Olmo against a wall and cuffed her arms tightly behind her back.  Plaintiff Olmo suffered an asthma attack but was not treated.  Plaintiff Padin suffered a seizure and was transported to the hospital for treatment, followed by transport to the 76th Precinct.  Plaintiff Olmo was transported directly to the 76th Precinct.  Plaintiff Olmo was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing government action and disorderly conduct, and spent 24 hours before she was released.  Plaintiff Olmo made multiple court appearances before all charges were dropped on October 15, 2014.
