Plaintiff was approached by plain clothes officers who told him that he needed to get off the train.   Plaintiff indicated he was on his way to work.  The three officers suddenly threw Plaintiff across the car against the seats on the other side, then kneeled on his back.  Plaintiff experienced severe pain, was handcuffed, and was removed at the next station.  Plaintiff had a shoulder disability that was aggravated by the handcuffing and rough handling, but the officers did nothing.   After Plaintiff was taken to a facility, he was moved to a hospital.  Plaintiff was treated and returned to a holding cell, where he remained for over 24 hours before being arraigned for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.  Defendant Officer Thomas Slockblower filed the false charges.
