A friend dropped off Mr. Dreckette at his residence to retrieve an item. When he returned to the vehicle, four police officers had surrounded his friend's vehicle. Mr. Dreckette was informed that to retrieve his friend's belongings, he would have to follow the officers to the 67th Precinct, which Mr. Dreckette did. At the precinct, Mr. Dreckette was told that he would need to return later since it could be several hours before his friend's belongings could be released.\n\nUpon returning home, Mr. Dreckette was told to return to the precinct as his friend's items were ready. When Mr. Dreckette returned to the precinct, the defendant police officers proceeded to arrest him and placed him in a holding cell at the 67th Precinct. Mr. Dreckette was then transferred to Kings County Central Booking. While he was in unlawful custody, the defendant police officers provided the Kings County District Attorney's Office with false, misleading and/or incomplete information. Mr. Dreckette was arraigned and then remanded to the Rikers Island Correctional Facility as he could not post his $10,000 bail. As a result of the defendant's actions, Mr. Dreckette suffered from severe chest and abdominal pain, for which medical treatment was delayed.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=AbTFcdtYqXS7ysn0ld8tng==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/JS27-nicholas-toner.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"73195","overtime":"26223","other":"17570","total":"116987"},"id":"JS27","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/JS27"}
