They threw Plaintiff in a paddy wagon in an aggressive way, causing him to crash on the floor banging his left shoulder and head. They then drove in a reckless fashion and Plaintiff was hurt because he was handcuffed and had no seatbelt on. At the precinct, Plaintiff complained that he is in pain but defendant officers said that they do not care.
