Upon this statement, Defendants John Doe 1-6, Lieutenant Schmidt, Officer Holguin, and Captain Ramos dragged Mr. Acosta into the street, repeatedly struck him, and restrained him to the extent his breathing was restricted. The defendants continued to apply pressure to Mr. Acosta's neck after he stated he could not breathe and applied tight handcuffs. Mr. Acosta was detained without being charged and, upon release, issued a summons which was then dismissed. \n\nPlaintiff Wanebo was \"singled out\" by NYPD Police Captain or Sergeant John Doe 1, and Officer Prince O’Connor then grabbed her. John Doe 1 then attempted to place Ms. Wanebo in a chokehold, causing injury to her shoulder, and then Officer O'Connor handcuffed her. She was then transported, detained unlawfully, and told that usage of her phone call would prolong her detention. Defendant doe 91 placed her in extremely tight zipties and applied plastic handcuffs to her wrists with extreme tightness.  On June 5, 2020, defendant Matias issued plaintiff Lucero a summons.  The criminal prosecution against plaintiff Lucero was dismissed on September 4, 2020.\n\nOn June 4, 2020, plaintiff Mulvey participated in a protest when Defendant Doe 95 sprayed her in the face with pepper spray.  Defendant Doe 97 arrested plaintiff Mulvey by slamming her onto a car and applying excessively tight zip ties to her hands.  Defendant Doe 98 then placed her in a NYPD transport vehicle that transported her to Queens County Central Booking.  After seven hours in custody, plaintiff Mulvey was charged with a curfew violation, which was later dismissed.\n\nOn June 4, 2020, plaintiff Beygzadeh participated in a protest when he was attacked by defendants Doe 101 and 102 from behind, pulling him and slamming him onto a car.  These officers handcuffed him excessively tightly with zip tie handcuffs.  They then forced him to sit on the concrete at that location for several hours.  Defendant Gonzalez then placed him into a NYPD transport vehicle which transported him to Queens County Central Booking.
