Defendants transported plaintiff to the 69th Precinct where she was unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed, interrogated, and detained in a filthy holding cell for many hours. Plaintiff suffered physical injuries to her hands and wrists due to the handcuffs being applied in an unreasonably tight manner. Defendants initiated a criminal prosecution against plaintiff for crimes she did not commit and for which defendants lacked probable cause to accuse her of committing. After the handcuffs were removed from plaintiff’s wrists she fell down to the ground and hurt her back. Plaintiff was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and was released from custody. On June 19, 2017 plaintiff appeared in Kings County Criminal Court and was arraigned and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Defendants provided the DA with false information about the facts that formed their basis for arresting and prosecuting plaintiff. Plaintiff was required to appear in Criminal Court on thre occasions to address the false charges brought against her. On October 17, 2017, all charges were dismissed and sealed in their entirety.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=dtP5RUwtGBvbn8RAcM_PLUS_fHg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21027373-parfenoff-1660c1d88cd9027fc5548929e21a2c17f8e55473","type":"brady-giglio"}],"payroll":{"salary":"154751","regular":"150396","overtime":"60482","other":"24846","total":"235724"},"id":"K3RR","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/K3RR"}
