Giaccone and \"John and Jane Doe\" Officers of the 114th Precinct (1-10), without probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe that Plaintiff committed or was about to commit a crime. The Officers returned after two hours stating that Plaintiff had a warrant from 2008. Plaintiff was forcibly removed from her hospital bed and room and transferred to the precinct where she was jailed for two days. The police searched Plaintiff without her consent but never took her fingerprints. Plaintiff never saw a judge, but ACS was called to take her two sons away while she was jailed.
