After Plaintiff was struck PO Mansharamani assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff's mother, Plaintiff Fanggie Pimenthal, ran outside to observe a large crowd around her son. Plaintiff Pimenthal was assaulted and battered by POs who held her back from her son, who was himself being assaulted and battered in front of her. Plaintiff's brother, Plaintiff Anthony Garcia, also joined and was assaulted and battered by POs who held him back from his brother. Plaintiff Dominguez was searched at the scene with no contraband identified, then was taken to the 23rd Precinct where POs found bags of marijuana. Plaintiff thereafter was maliciously prosecuted. PO Mansharamani falsely reported he stopped Plaintiff in a stairwell and the resulting struggle caused both of them to fall down the stairs.
