Seconds later, more additional marked vehicles arrived on the scene. All the officers exited their vehicles with their guns drawn and pointed at Plaintiff and his 11-year-old son. After removing Plaintiff's son from Plaintiff's vehicle and into the police vehicle, the officers continued to point their guns at Plaintiff, demanded that he exit his vehicle, stand beside it, and harassingly interrogated Plaintiff about his ownership and control of the vehicle. Plaintiff realized that the interrogation was related to the fact that his vehicle was stolen three months prior to the incident. He retrieved his car from the police station when it was recovered, but his vehicle was still listed on the officers' electronic stolen vehicle records. Plaintiff voluntarily supplied his license and registration to the officers, and informed them that he was the true owner of his vehicle. Connolly, Det. Rosario, PO Godrick, and PO Vasquez screaming and pounding at the door. POs entered and demanded Plaintiffs leave immediately, Plaintiff Josefina informed POs that infant Plaintiff Neveah was inside and asked to be able to carry her outside. POs ignored this request and ordered Plaintiff Josefina out. Plaintiff Karelyn was also ordered out though she was not fully clothed. POs stated they were searching for an individual related to the Plaintiffs. However, the individual had not resided there for three years and POs were put on notice of this fact on November 13, 2009. POs conducted a search of the residence and destroyed Plaintiffs' property in the process. Plaintiffs Josefina, Yaneska, and Karelyn were forced to wait outside while infant Plaintiff Neveah was left inside alone with POs. POs had previously and still continue to come to the residence to search for the related individual.
