The Defendants pointed their firearms directly at Plaintiff and ordered her not to move. Plaintiff complied, but a Defendant approached Plaintiff, unlawfully grabbed her face and body, and slammed her head into the wall. The Defendants then handcuffed Plaintiff in an unreasonably tight manner. Plaintiff requested that the Defendants loosen the handcuffs, but they ignored her. The Defendants questioned Plaintiff and unlawfully brought her small children to sit on the ground next to the Plaintiff. The officers proceeded to search Plaintiff's apartment without a warrant, consent, probable cause, or legal justification and did not find any illegal objections. Despite this, the Defendants placed Plaintiff under arrest and arrested her in front of her small children. They transported Plaintiff and her small children to the precinct, where Plaintiff was separated from her children and interrogated for 4 hours. Plaintiff was then released without being charged with any crime.
