Plaintiff was crying and asked Defendants to stop pushing her head into the car, and Defendants told her to \"shut the fuck up.\" Plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct. Defendants refused Plaintiff's request to loosen the handcuffs. Plaintiff was searched at the precinct, including being ordered to lift her shirt and shake her breasts, while a male officer observed the search. No contraband was recovered from Plaintiff. Plaintiff's request for medical treatment for her swollen wrists and hands and other injuries was denied, and Plaintiff almost fainted from the pain in her hands and wrists while being fingerprinted.
