Without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, Defendants stopped and searched the Plaintiff and no contraband was recovered. Defendant Po Michael Dipalma and DOE defendants then placed Plaintiff into handcuffs and under arrest without a lawful justification and was transported to a police precinct in New York County and then to central book, where she remained for a prolonged period of time. Plaintiff was later released out the back door of central booking without any charged being filed against her. As a result of defendant's actions, Plaintiff was\ndeprived of liberty, suffered emotional distress, economic damages, mental anguish, fear, pain, bodily injury, anxiety, embarrassment, humiliation, and reputational damage.
