Plaintiff was beaten and caused battery in his head, neck, back, body and limbs. Plaintiff was seized and searched solely on the basis of his age/ race and for no legitimate reason. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search while in the custody of Defendants without any legal reason or justification. Plaintiff was falsely accused of committing a crime, and was taken to a police station and entered him on the records as under arrest. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and falsely and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and had to make numerous court appearances. The charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably on September 26, 2018.
