JOSE CANCELINO, SGT. LUIS VILLAGRAN, SGT. DANIEL MCNEIL, and four unidentified NYPD officers. As a result, Plaintiff required medical attention for contusions and pain to his right shoulder, head trauma, and wrist pain. Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking and held until 1:00pm the following day (May 22) at which time Plaintiff was arraigned. However, as Plaintiff was unable to post bail, Plaintiff was thereafter taken to Rikers Island were he was held for two days until he could post bail on May 24. The complaint alleges malicious prosecution, but does not state what Plaintiff was charged with or what led to the initial encounter on May 21.
