The officers violently physically restrained the plaintiff by contorting his arms behind him and utilizing handcuffs that were excessively tight. Despite the plaintiff's complaints the officers above ignored and refused to loosen the handcuffs. The officers proceeded to illegally search the Plaintiff's mother's bedroom. \n\nThe plaintiff was never presented with a search or arrest warrant and was forcibly removed against his will by officers to the 79th precinct where he was processed. The plaintiff was then forcibly transferred to the 81st precinct where officers Delman, Martinez, Craig, Cuoco, Isabelle, Patel, Albarracin, Perico, Feeley, Gale, Abrams, Garcia, Seery, Valentin, Barry, Malone, Boehm, and Fagan engaged in illicit interrogation tactics. Plaintiff was in the middle of completing a \"wheelie\" on the street when Sgt. Joan Ferreira deliberately swerved his police vehicle and struck plaintiff, knocking him off his bike.  Plaintiff landed on the windshield of the police vehicle before falling to the ground.  Then P.O.s Justin Vartanian and Alexandra Isabelle got out of the vehicle.  P.O. Isabelle asked if plaintiff was okay, and P.O. Vartanian grabbed plaintiff and pulled him up from the floor.  P.O. Vartanian handcuffed plaintiff and falsely stated that plaintiff hit the police vehicle.  Plaintiff complained of pain all over his body -- an ambulance was called but plaintiff was not treated on the scene.  Plaintiff was taken to the 39th Precinct in the police vehicle.  At the precinct, plaintiff was transferred to the ambulance and taken to a hospital.  Plaintiff's arms and legs were shackled in the ambulance.  Then, he was taken back to the 39th Precinct and processed.  In the arrest report. P.O. Vartanian falsely stated that plaintiff struck an unmarked police vehicle and another parked vehicle while on his bike.  Plaintiff was falsely charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
