In fact, police officers ignored multiple establishments selling alcoholic beverages to members of the public in the immediate vicinity. \n\nDefendants illegally searched Mr. Guarniere and then put handcuffs on his wrists that were excessively tight and slammed him headfirst into the concrete sidewalk while his hands were restrained behind his back.
