Defendants also falsely allege that they recovered a switchblade knife from Plaintiff's person during the course of their unlawful search. Any small pocket knife recovered from Plaintiff was a legal advise that was permissible for Plaintiff to carry under the law.\nPlaintiff was then unlawfully detained by Defendant officers for approximately 24 hours before he was arraigned and charged with serious felony crimes he did not commit based upon the false allegations against Plaintiff that Defendants communicated to the attorney's office.
