Without giving Plaintiff any time to explain the situation, and without any legal cause or justification, the Defendants falsely arrested Plaintiff. This is despite Plaintiff's girlfriend repeatedly tell the Defendants that her phone was not stolen by Plaintiff. The Defendants then illegally searched Plaintiff's person and aggressively handcuffed Plaintiff, causing injury. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct where he was subjected to an invasive search. Plaintiff was interrogated without receiving his Miranda warnings. Plaintiff was eventually released after his arraignment, after being detained for two days.
