Specifically, plaintiff was charged with Consumption of Alcohol in Public and Resisting Arrest. defendants confiscated property from plaintiff that was not returned. plaintiff was transported to Central Booking where he was searched, subjected to a retina scan. Defendants filled out false police reports and forwarded them to prosecutors at the DA. As a result of the foregoing, plaintiff spent approximately twenty-four (24) hours in custody before he was released following his arraignment.
