Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted untill these charges were dismissed on July 28, 2022. Similarly on November 17, 2021 Plaintiff was falsely arrested again by Defendant Andrei Pavlovici under similar false charges of  committing multiple burglaries. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted until charges were dismissed on September 8, 2022. Thenafter, on January 20, 2022, plaintiff was falsely arrested again by Defendany Craig Goodwin under falsel similar claim. Mr. Brown was maliciously prosecuted until they all were dismissed on July 28, 2022. Lastly, on September 25, 2022,  Plaintiff was falsely arrested by defendants, including Shakira Herrera on similar false claims. Mr. Brown was maliciously prosecuted  until charges were dismissed on June 23, 2023. \n Defendants conspired to falsely arrest, and maliciously prosecute Plaintiff even though they knew that the information they were providing the District Attorney was false that led plaintiff to be incarcerated in Rikers Island Correctional Facility for three months. Defendants, including Jane Does 1-10 detained plaintiff without probable cause and caused him to experience severe humiliation, degradation, and the loss of his dignity. Defendants arrested plaintiff even through they knew he didnt commit any crimes. Defendants failed to intervene and used excessive force and fabricated evidence to deprive Plaintiff of his liberty.
