Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking where he was subjected to another physical search of his person, then arraigned at the Criminal Court where defendant Taveras falsely accused Plaintiff of two charges. Charges were dismissed and sealed on January 12, 2012.\nOn June 6, 2013, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 2120 Madison Avenue between 130th and 131st Streets saying goodbye to his friend, when Plaintiff was approached by Defendant undercover officer Shield Number 288. They walked together until defendant Shield Number 288 interacted with another person and walked away. Plaintiff proceeded to walk toward Madison Avenue, where he was approached by named defendants who physically grabbed Plaintiff by the arms, searched and handcuffed him. Plaintiff was transported to a precinct at 119th Street, where he was subjected to a strip search. Plaintiff was arraigned wherein he was falsely and maliciously accused of criminal charges. The Court set bail upon the Plaintiff, which he could not post, forcing him to remain in custody until June 12, 2013. Plaintiff was held for four days until he was able to make bail.
