Plaintiff was held in custody for approximately nine hours, and released by defendant Brehm only after she\npromised to produce plaintiff Lloyd at the stationhouse on some future date. Defendant Brehm falsely issued a desk appearance ticket accusing plaintiff Lumpkin of petit larceny.
