G2, New York, New York, when defendant NYPD police officers unlawfully entered the apartment without a valid warrant. The officers did not recover any drugs, weapons, or other contraband from the search, but nonetheless placed the plaintiff under arrest and transported her to the 25th Precinct. Before leaving the apartment, the defendants forced the plaintiff to put on her bra and panties in front of two male officers. At no time did the plaintiff commit a crime or violate the law in any manner. While at the precinct, the plaintiff was denied access to her medication for which she suffers from Lupus. Her Lupus began to flare up because of the stress from the arrest and she suffered pain all over her body, a severe migraine, and long-term damage to her immune system. Furthermore, the plaintiff's genitals and breasts were felt by a female police officer making the plaintiff very uncomfortable. The defendants proceeded to unlawfully search the apartment and residents inside. During the course of the search, defendants unlawfully seized $1,340 in tax refund money from the apartment, and damaged plaintiff's property -- including a television, shoes, and clothing -- with the approximate value of $2,000. Resulting from his arrest, defendant's seized and have not returned approximately $3,000 belonging to the plaintiff. Despite no drugs being found as a result of the search,  defendants arrested and placed plaintiff into custody.\n\nOn June 24, 2016, approximately 31 hours after being placed in custody, plaintiff was arraigned and unlawfully charged with several counts of criminal possession of marijuana.
